Cuddle & Care Nights

Additional Care Surcharge
Most pets requiring medication or additional care will not incur an extra fee. Additional charges apply only where a pet's care requires significantly more time, specialised handling, intensive monitoring, constant supervision or additional responsibility beyond routine care.
Medically & Behaviourally Complex Care
Applies where medical or behavioural needs make routine care substantially more difficult, time-consuming or demanding. Examples may include intensive health monitoring, seizure watch, complex treatment routines, or pets requiring specialised handling because of anxiety, reactivity, aggression or resistance during treatment.
Constant Care
Applies where a pet cannot safely be left alone for more than approximately 4 hours and therefore requires significantly more continuous supervision than a standard overnight stay.
Routine medication administration is included. For example, a pet that calmly sits for an insulin injection or accepts medication without resistance does not require an additional care surcharge.
All additional care requirements are discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. If an additional charge applies, the applicable rate will be confirmed with you before care begins.
Travel fees may apply for properties located outside the 5 km service radius.
