Hi, I’m Kirsten Cummins, and I’m passionate about providing the highest standard of care for pets of all shapes and sizes. As the founder of Paws N Whiskers Pet Care, I have extensive experience with animals and a deep love for the work I do.

Growing up in Northern Ireland, I was surrounded by pets, from dogs and birds to hamsters and guinea pigs. Since moving to Australia in 2009, I’ve continued that journey with my own beloved dogs, Cookie a Springer Spaniel and Moxley a Cocker x Springer Spaniel, who are cherished members of my family.

I hold a Certificate II in Animal Studies, Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, am RSPCA-certified in house sitting and dog walking, and have Certificates in Fear-Free Handling for avian species, Equine, cats and dogs. I bring a professional edge to my pet care services. My hands-on experience includes working in an exotics veterinary clinic, assisting with chickens and rats and I’ve also previously volunteered at animal shelters.
