Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer a range ofin-home pet care services including dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight pet sitting, day care in your home, wedding chaperone services, and nail trims.

If you’re unsure which service is best suited to your pet, I’m always happy to help guide you based on their needs.

  • I offer both single and multiple day visits depending on your pet’s needs. Many clients opt for two visits per day for added care and companionship.

  • Each visit includes feeding, fresh water, toilet/litter maintenance, enrichment, and plenty of attention and care. I tailor each visit to your pet’s individual needs.

  • I’m quite selective when it comes to treats and aim to use high-quality, low allergen-risk options wherever possible.

For dogs, I often use single-protein treats such as kangaroo and fish, which are generally well tolerated and suitable for a wide range of pets.

I do also carry other treats, such as chicken or peanut butter, however these are only used where appropriate and are avoided for pets or owners with known allergies or sensitivies.

For cats, I use high-value treats such as Churu to support low-stress handling, as well as enrichment options like catnip where appropriate.

I’m always happy to use owner-provided treats to suit your pet’s individual dietary needs.

  • I use low-stress handling techniques and take a patient, gentle approach to build trust with your pet. Where appropriate, I may use calming aids such as pheromone sprays to help create a more relaxed environment.

  • Your pet doesn’t need to be overly social, but I do need to be able to safely care for them. Please let me know of any behavioural concerns in advance so I can assess and plan accordingly.
